We handcraft all our chocolate confections at our chocolate studio/kitchen in Nairobi, Kenya.
We have been making real artisan chocolate confections since 2014.
We use high end machinery and technical knowledge to make chocolate from bean to bar. We use polycarbonate moulds and other specialized tools and equipment to handcraft our chocolate.
Our kitchen/ studio maintains a temperature of 16-18 degrees Celsius throughout the day to ensure we have a favorable working environment for our delicate confections.
We have a designated packaging area where we hand wrap all our confections individually.
